Powered by an eclectic New Age sound, Mannheim Steamroller
has flown to the top of the Christmas music industry.......
After the tour, Davis plans to begin writing material for a
new album, featuring such pop songs as "I'm Feeling Groovy" and
Britney Spears' "Oops ... I Did it Again." Pop singer Jeff
Timmons of 98 Degrees may travel to Omaha next February to
contribute to the album, which also will feature a 98 Degrees tune.
Timmons recently attended a Mannheim Steamroller show and went
backstage to meet Davis.
"He was so excited about the music that he said he wanted
to collaborate on a song," Davis said. "It's kind of cool to
get someone like him involved in the project."

Hey Everybody,I just want to apologize to you all. I
didn't know that we had broken up until I heard it on the
radio. If you can't tell, I'm joking. WE HAVE NOT BROKEN
UP. I hope that will clear things up. We are however
taking a break like I said before. Many doors have been
opened up to us over the past couple of years and we want
to take advantage of some of those. Don't forget that
Universal is releasing the "Collection" CD in May. And the
single "Why" officially goes to radio on 3/12. We hope we
can count on you guys to support this project with as much
enthusiasm as you have in the past. Thanks for everything.
I hope you like the new stuff. I do.

New Single and Greatest Hits!
98 Degrees is excited to share
with you that they have a brand new song and greatest hits album
on the way!
The song is called "Why"
and is officially hitting radio on March 12th, although
some stations have picked it up already. We can't wait for you to
hear it. Get ready to light up those request lines!
The guys will also be releasing
an album called The Collection which is scheduled to
arrive in stores on May 7th. The Collection will
include all of 98 Degrees' hits from the past five years as well
as an 8-minute video compilation. Stay tuned for more info... |

It has been reported that KissFM in
Chicago played a new song by 98 Degrees today. The song was
entitled "Why." Keep your ears open for it.

Nick and Jessica... ENGAGED!!

Message Board this morning:
On February the 10th on a beautiful yacht in
the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Hawaii my life changed in the
most incredible way. Nick Lachey asked me to marry him in a very
romantic way and I said yeeeeeeeeeeeessssss!!! Nick and I have
been back together since September 11th but we did not want to
make a big deal about it so we kept it quiet. After 9-11, I knew
that I never ever wanted to be away from Nick ever for the rest of
my life. He had been patiently waiting for me to grow up a little
(which I needed). And I did! Now my life feels so perfect. We have
not stopped smiling since that Saturday the 10th. Actually it all
feels so surreal and we feel so complete. I wanted you guys to be
the first to know. They are putting out a press release about the
engagement and I thought it would be special if you all knew a few
hours before. Nick and I want to thank you for all your love and
support you have expressed towards the two of us. It is such an
encouragement to know all of you are behind us. I have dreamt of
this moment my entire life and now my prince charming has come. I
am so blessed!!! Please keep us in your prayers and thoughts!!!! I
love you guys and I hope you had a happy Valentine's day...I did!

Tomorrow, February 8th, is
"International 98º Day." What is
required is that you (the fans) wear your 98º gear (t-shirts,
tattoos, buttons, hats, etc), play your 98º really loud all day
long so everyone can hear it, call in and email radio stations to
request 98 Degrees songs, and those in NYC go to TRL with big 98º
signs. |
