Fred is a teenager who goes to events (Grammy,
Oscars, etc.) and interviews celebrities. He posts the interviews

A question regarding 98º was asked and answered over at
Billboard.com
98 DEGREES OF 'WHY'
Hi Keith,
Since the 98 Degrees greatest hits album coming out in May with
the new song "Why," is there going to be a commercial single
released for this song? Also is the group done recording for
Universal Records and what are their hits that have appeared on
The Billboard Hot 100?

Hi Jeff,
98 Degrees' greatest hits album "The Collection" is due out May 7
on Universal. The set will span the group's career from its debut
in 1997 through its new song, "Why (Are We Still Friends)."
"Why" will not be commercially released as a single, but it has
already been sent to radio stations for airplay consideration.
With regards to whether the group is finished with Universal,
there has been no word regarding th group's future plans after
the release of "The Collection."
As previously reported, a note posted last month on the 98
Degrees Web site
said the group's "future [is] unclear at this point" and that
there are "no immediate plans to record or tour."
Here is a list of 98 Degrees' entries on The Billboard Hot 100:
"Invisible Man" (No. 12), "Because of You" (No. 3), "The Hardest
Thing" (No. 5), "I Do (Cherish You)" (No. 13), "Thank God I Found
You" (No. 1), "This Gift" (No. 49), "Give Me Just One Night (Una
Noche)" (No. 2), and "My Everything" (No. 34).

Okay I was
flipping through stations and I went on 102.5 the fix and one of
the dj's said that he was in cali because he was interviewing some
new artist that sings a song called "cant get you out of my head"
and shes from australia or sumthing like that.Anyway he said he
was in cali at a coffee shop called starbucks (SP) and he bumped
in to nick and jessica.Jessica was buying a frapichino and nick
just haD a cappiciono (SP).anyway he interviewed them cause he had
his microphone thing that you talk in to like a tape
recorder.Heres the interview,i taped it lol.

This weekend Drew and Jeff were spotted in different locations.
Jeff was scheduled to be at the Celebrity Dodgeball Tournament in
CA on Saturday, and he was in fact seen there in attendance with 2
other friends. And Drew was at the NBA Celebrity Shootout in
Phoenix, AZ on Sunday. |

I want to encourage everyone to join a 98º street team or at least
make requests. Fans have been very productive this week in
getting things done, and it is wonderful! "Why" has been
retired from 2 new music challenges, and has been played on
countless stations thanks to the efforts of 98 Degrees fans.
We can really make a difference, but everyone needs to help out!

(5-6pm Pacific) to vote for "Why" on the Top 9 at 9 on
WPST. The DJ is really
nice, but we need to get more votes! The phone call is 100%
