Okay I was flipping through stations and I went
on 102.5 the fix and one of the dj's said that he was in cali because he was
interviewing some new artist that sings a song called "cant get you out of my
head" and she's from Australia or sumthing like that. Anyway he said he
was in cali at a coffee shop called Starbucks and he bumped in to nick and
jessica. Jessica was buying a frapichino and nick just had a cappuccino
(SP). anyway he interviewed them cause he had his microphone thing that
you talk in to like a tape recorder. Here's the interview, i taped it lol.
DJ: Rite now i'm in LA with the beautiful jessica simpson and her fiancee nick
lachey of 98 degrees, right here in my home Starbucks *laughs* For those that
don't know Starbucks is a coffee shop.*laughs* so congratulations on your
engagement.
Jess and nick: thank you.
Dj: so you guys were on a break and then suddenly your engaged?
Jessica: yeah.
DJ: So when did ya'll get back together.
jess: in September.
DJ: Nick you're really not saying anything to us man!
Nick: *laughs* well ask me a question and i'll answer.
DJ: okay so did you ask jessica's parents for her hand in marriage.
Nick: I asked her father
since jessica is more of a "daddy's lil girl".
Jess: shut up!
Dj: so where you scared?
Nick: HECK YA! I almost wet my pants because after I asked him he was just
staring at me. I moved a couple of feet away from him cause I thought he
was going to kill me *laughs*.But he gave me permission. I was ready to go
take the ring back to the store cause i thought he was going to say no.*laughs*
Dj: were you scared what jessica was going to say?
Nick: yeah a lot actually. I didn't know if i should ask her because it
had only been like 6 months since we were back together. It was like our
relationship was renewed. And besides if she said no that would mean i
would have to go the store and spend a lot of money on another ring *laughs*
DJ: So when's the wedding?
Jess: we are still deciding on a date.
dj: So where's the wedding going to take place?
Jess: TEXAS!
Nick: yee haa!
Jess: *laughs*
Nick: we were actually arguing on where the wedding should take place.
Dj: but i see jessica got her way.
Nick: like always.
Jess: yep.*laughs*
Nick: besides jessica's always wanted a big texas wedding so i thought why not.
DJ: So whos the best man nick?
Nick: My brother drew of course. We are going to have to pull out the
elevator shoes because they're are going to be a lot of tall people from
jessica's side of the family!*laughs* I don't know what happened to jess though.
Jess: You are soo mean!
Dj: *laughs*
Dj: so jess did you get nick a ring yet.
Nick: *mocking* yeah jess did you get ME a ring yet?
Jess: well eh...its a secret.
Nick: Well that's a no then.
Jess: shut up.
Nick: I think i just got screwed out if my ring *laughs*
Dj: laughs i think so.
Dj: so guys where are ya'll going to have your honey moon.
Nick: in the bedroom. No i'm just kidding!!!!!!
Dj: jessica simpson is now turning a dark shade of red.
Jess: I'm leaving...you guys are perverted.*laughs*
Nick: I was just kidding baby.
Dj: Nick then just winked.
Nick: are you telling our every action?
Dj: its my job.
Nick: yeah. Umm i have no clue where we are going.Its her call.Since shes the so
called boss.
Jess: shut up. I'm stil deciding.
Dj: now that we've gotten in to the topic of the honeymoon.
Nick: oh here it goes.. the big question.
DJ: *LAUGHS* ya'll get this one a lot huh?
Jess: yep.
Dj: okay so WHAT are you guys plan on doing on your honeymoon.
Jess: You are even more perverted than Nick here *laughs*
Nick: : laughs: ummmmmmm i dunnoo. Jet skiing i believe.
Jess: yeah jetskiing *laughs*
Dj: okay well its been fun hanging with you guys congratulations on this
engagement. I wish you guys a happy marriage.
Jess and nick: thank you.
